Sent Xbox X in for repair, UPS have confirmed delivery, but ticket has not updated.

I'm just worried it doesn't update before the cut off point off the ticket.

Do you know what happens in that case? It said I had until the 22nd of this month to send it to them.

I wouldn't worry.It can sometimes take a while for the site to update so just keep checking.

When the Series X/S was sent out to testers pre-release, it was possible to install Xbox One versions of Smart Delivery Games....however, it seems it was made impossible for general release.

I used to be a part of the preview program and one of the updates endes up murdering my X with the dreaded E105 error. Honestly just open up a repair ticket with MS at this point, and remove yourself from the insider program. Theyll repair the console,
youll get it back and things will be back to normal. I havent had any issues since dropping the insider program and having my console repaired.
