Sent xbox repair , but ...

hello,well i sent my xbox one for repair because i was getting e100 error.

Im making post here cus my console was dropped on floor, like month after i got it , my cd driver fell out ,also i lost 2 wires for driver somwhere, but after i dropped it , i used my console for like half year , all was ok.

So im wondering if have broken driver , and xbox one plastic is broken, will i still have repaired e100 error?

can anyone here tell me how long it might take before I get it back? I filed it and sent it in under same system repair.... and these forums are full of horror stories about how people are not getting their xbox ones back anytime soon

if you did the repair you're looking at a minimum of 2 weeks after they receive it. If I were you, I wouldn't expect it back before January.

Probably should have done the advanced exchange.

 

If you had opened the console to fix it after you dropped it, Microsoft won't repair it.

 

i told to support i dropped it , but they still told me to send it..

 

Even my warrianty was ended , but they still told i got 1 free repair.
