    Sent Xbox One to get repaired, with accessories on accident.


    I sent my Xbox One to get repaired, and I accidentally sent the accessories with it. I just got my Xbox back, but with no accessories, so I was wondering if I could somehow get them back, or new ones for free instead of having to buy new ones? (Power brick/cords,
    HDMI, Controller)

    Microsoft repair center in S. TX kept the hard drive, son upset

    Well if it was an external hdd that was sent to microsoft with the xbox that was getting repaired they do say not to send any accessories for this reason. As it could get lost.

    Get into touch with Microsoft Xbox Customer Service (18004MYXBOX) and start by telling the operator your issue and hopefully they'll resolve it.

    Remove all accessories. If it still shuts off then it needs to be sent in for repair.

    You didn't receive the same controller, if the warranty process was completed you received a different controller as the Xbox accessories are not repaired but replaced by one equal to the one you sent
