I'm not going to sit here and try and go back and forth with you because it's not productive. I'd suggest in the future if you worry about a console having issues you should buy a in-store service plan that way you can have a quick turn around. You could
have a Playstation or a Nintendo and you'd be in the same boat with shipping/service centers.

Also at this point I think we should aim to get this thread locked down as you went from having a normal attitude to implying cussing and committing a crime towards the company. I get you are frustrated but the over the top antics makes the whole thing look
    petulant.

So nothing outside my first reply was aimed for you.

Hopefully they will get you concrete answers on the location of the console soon. If the site hasn't updated it yet. My good friend had it take about 3 1/2 weeks to get his repaired and returned.

I think I may have identified part of the problem causing the delay in getting our consoles back. Apparently, although we send the devices to McAllen, Texas they are subsequently shuttled across the border into Mexico for the actual repairs. The label created
at the service center indicates the 'ship from' location, and FedEx provided me this information when I called to verify they had not picked it up. So I guess they wait until there's a bunch of devices to pick before before risking a FedEx truck in Mexico.
Or perhaps one of the cartels is hosting net party and needed a few more boxes. All I know is this is taking a lot longer than it should for such an expensive piece of equipment.

Sent my Xbox 360 in for repair in September. It showed they received it on Oct 5. I then received another email on oct 20 showing a tracking number. I tracked it weekly but all the info said was that a shipping label was created. I checked on it until
nov 26, still showing only a shipping label created. I then contacted Xbox customer support. Via chat. I was first told it was shipped to me, then the agent told me it was awaiting shipping. I asked for a ticket to be created to look into why I had not
received it yet. The agent proceeded to give me the original service order #. I asked for a different number and an email confirming they were looking into it. The agent then cancelled the chat. I then made a phone call to customer support. I was then
given an escalation number. I was told I would receive an email as well as a phone call. I never received either. It is now dec 11 and calling them back again. The first support agent hung up on me in the middle of my conversation. I called back and asked
for a manager. Never actually spoke to one but agent insisted she could help me. I'm being told they are doing another escalation and attempting to send me an Xbox out ASAP. I'm hoping this time it's actually being done.

All that does sound unrealistic for shipping something. I hope you get it resolved quickly now. Good Luck!

I bought an external hard drive last June so I am good on that point. If I ever buy another console I am going to get an extended warranty with the store I got it from. I have been playing the 360 since then but it is not the same. All my current games are
on the One. The PS4 and 3 are not even as fun. The Wii U has been sort fun but I have no current games for it like that. Just frustrating that I can't play nothing and it has been this long and nothing. Just going to take another route the next system I buy.
