Sent xbox for repair, charged twice

I sent in my xbox for repair, I checked my credit card statement and it shows I was charged twice by xbox r&r north america

Is there something I can do? Is there a number I can call

I got charged twice for a repair and I'm getting the run around bad. Five different reps so far and nobody knows a thing. But I got charged twice according to my bank statement and Microsoft xbox got the money both times. Anybody have an email address?
I can't waste time on the phone because I have limited minutes. And the woman I spoke to on the phone was no help at all.

Just to clarify,you would get the console on a Friday,that's how it's always been for me when I've sent consoles of for repair.

The same peeps have did the Same thing to me as well, charged the full price twice in about 2&1/2 weeks time!! The extra crappy part tho is I NEVER received an email verifying they got it, no "Thanks for ur order..." And it's going on almost 4 weeks without
a word, email, text OR my XBOx ONe ever returned!! I am gonna try that my box number in just a lil while, I sure hope they take care of me and I'm not getting ***!!
