Sent Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller In For Replacment and The case number info dissapeared

Check the confirmation email, that should have an order number on it also the email with the shipping instructions should also have an order number. Did you set this up online or through customer support.

The Elite Series 2 controller has a 1 year warranty.

If your controller isn’t working and needs replacing, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty and
enter the controller’s serial number at the bottom of that page. For the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, the 14-character serial number is in the lower centre on the back of the controller.

Turns out, the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller needed to be replaced.

I would like to get this controller repaired but I can only find ways to get a replacement. This is a xbox design lab controller so idk if they're gonna replace it, plus the serial number didnt show up when I punched it in. Is there an easier way to get a replacement or a fix for this elite series 2 controller?
