    Sent redeem code to old email


    I sent a redeem code for Xbox Game Pass. I had completely forgotten that I changed my email address to my Xbox account a while back so I sent the code to an old email. Any way to recover the old email or get the code back?

    Unless you have access to that old email account there is no way to retrieve anything sent to it.

    I actually DO NOT need an answer, The email containing the codes was sent to an old email a long time ago, I redeemed my codes and changed my email information. I feel like a dummy hahaha

    Check your email as well. You are sent a confirmation after redeeming a code.
