Sent my Xbox for a repair. Now it's even more broken.

I had to send an Xbox one X in after just a couple months of light use due to a software upgrade failure. I wasn't pleased when the sent me a refurbished unit as a replacement. But that's the warranty so if you're still covered and unsatisfied with the
results you can contact support again and try to make another warranty claim.

Every case ive seen about this tends to be the same and its becoming clear that microsoft are purposly doing it until your warranty goes out so you have to pay up the same applys with all the updates on the older models on the console as they are becoming
unplayable so you pay up for a upgrade. Its seems like buying a console isnt enough for microsofts you have to pay to maintain it aswell.

I sent mine in for a broken fan and now I can't play online. I will disconnect once or twice a hour on my Xbox s after I got it back. Never had the issue before till now. I actually have to play on my older model because all of their trouble shooting simply
don't work. I too feel my Xbox after a warranty fan repair is more broken then ever as well.

I've seen the opposite, Tons of people getting consoles fixed or replaced perfectly and hassle free. Saying "every" case Microsoft is doing this on purpose is simply not true. That may be your experience, But as a whole it's the other way around.
