    I’ve been chasing this with UPS for a couple of weeks or so but have been fobbed off several times with the generic “things are taking longer than normal” spiel, and according to the tracker it’s been stuck in their warehouse since 3rd June. I’ve been told it’s been escalated to their support team and they’ll be in touch but haven’t heard a thing in almost a week.

    Has anyone else had the same issues? If so how long have you waited to get your items back?

    Do you think this is something that can be raised with Microsoft? I know it’s not their fault per se but I’m guessing they have some sort of contract with UPS?

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    Ps this is my first post so apologies if it’s in the wrong place!

    Sent my controller away for repair, was notified over a month ago that Microsoft has sent it but have still not received.

    I would definitely contact support. If it's somehow been lost in shipping, they'll need to take care of it.

    I've had problems with my controller too. I bought my XBone about two months ago, within a week the 'right D pad' button just stopped working. So I sent it back to Microsoft repaires and they luckily sent me a brand new replacement.

    I sent a controller to be repaired / replaced 2 months ago and they sent me a new one after a month of not hearing a thing until i contacted them more. They sent me a new or suppost to be "new" controller now 2 months later my right joystick is drifting
    up on its own even when the joystick is dead center. I talked to support and they said all i can do is buy a new controller that its past 90 days when its only been 60 if that.

    Ive supported xbox for years and years but when you send me a replacement controller that has more problems than the controller i sent in then tell me all i can do is buy a new one im so close to selling my xbox one and just buying a ps4 or building a new
    pc.
