    My friend in thailand baught me this elite controller and its bumper gets stuck like its broken and the metal pads on the back get jammed and i have to click them a couple times for it to register would xbox send me a new controller?

    I did not activate the Microsoft warranty as it was out of warranty and I had to purchase the replacement controller that was sent to me. The controller is faulty and I want a refund of the replacement order and return the faulty controller sent to me

    Chances are you may of bought a faulty used controller too tbh. You probably should of just bit the bullet and bought a new controller with a warranty, then sent your original controller in to be replaced.

    Took them to Gamestation and they did the same on their console so it looks like either one or both controllers are faulty. Have sent back to retailer.
