    Heyy

    I recently bought my son live three my Xbox and I sent him the code like it says, he redeemed his code , it says it doesn’t expire until Feb,2019 but it still doesn’t let him access anything nor join online games. I removed all child restrictions thinking
    that was the issue and nothing HERP me please.... haha

    Can't use $5 gift card reward

    Hi;

    Xbox live sent me $5 gift card like 15 days ago. I live in Turkey so our currency is Turkish lira. I can't use dollar on my Xbox as you know mate. So can we exchange dat $5 gift card to Turkish lira gift card?

    Anniversary gifts were sent out for Live's 10 year anniversary, not individual anniversaries. The gifts were basically sent out at random so not everyone received anything.

    It does not show as redeemed on the account it was sent to, and it only says gift sent on the account I purchased it with. It also is no longer showing the message from Xbox live saying that I had received a gift

    you would have to buy him a points card or sent him a gift certificate of some kind. Xbox LIVE has no integrated gifting functionality.
