Sent in Xbox to be repaired. They factory reset it so I lost all my DLC

Hello

I got a repair service order on the 15th of this month and sent my Xbox in to be repaired on the 17th. It would only turn on for a few seconds before shutting itself off. I just had it returned to me today and everything seemed fine after starting it back
up until I noticed that since it was factory reset I can no longer play my Fallout 4 GOTY edition of the game because the code I used to get the additional content was already redeemed and since they factory reset it, the DLC content is now gone. How do I
go about getting the additional content back? Can I get a new code sent to me? If so, who do I contact for that? Will I have to buy the game again in order to get a new code for the extra content? I'd rather not do that if I don't have to, since I would feel
like I'm being punished for my Xbox breaking down.

Since my Xbox stopped working (I only got it this past Christmas) I feel it's kind of messed up that the repair job erased all my content and since I have already used the code, I'm unable to get back the DLC that was on there before my Xbox stopped working
and I sent it in.

Sorry if I'm repeating myself, but I'm a very causal gamer (Besides the Forza 4 game that came with it the only other games I had are Fallout 4 GOTY, Skyrim Special Edition and The Witcher 3 Game of the Year Edition) It's been awhile since I played Skyrim
so I don't recall right now if I had to input a code that will no longer be redeemable for that game now too and other than just installing The Witcher I haven't even started that game.

tl,dr - DLC content for Fallout 4 GOTY edition was erased after Xbox was repaired. How do I get it back since the code has already been redeemed?

You can redownload anything you have purchased again.

The license for the DLC would go onto the account that you put the code in on.

As long as you are signed in with that account it will be available to you.

What you can do is go into My games and Apps and highlight the fallout 4 and hit the menu button (small round button to the right of the big xbox button on controller) go down to manage game and this will show you and give your the oppurtunity to reinstall
any DLC that their is a license for the game.
