sent in my xboxone to get fix. they said they sent it back but tracking # dont work. they got ...

i sent my xboxone on a friday to get fix. they got it on monday. by thurday they sent it out same week in the moring and they gave me a tracking # that dont work. its all most been a week. i dont under stand, i am guessing when its comeing plus they got
it with in two days. what do i do???? i dont know if they lost it in the mail

Microsoft and their Advanced Exchange program

I am still waiting for my refund cause I sent back the new console that Microsoft sent me,and they claim they never received it.me and ms and Fed ex were on three way to confirm that it was sent back and we got tracking number.and still to this day have
not received my refund.it has been three weeks since its been escalated by this ghost advocate team.Will not give Microsoft another dime until they give me my money back

 

Frustrated Long Time Xbox Customer - Xbox One X Replacement

My Xbox One X broke on December 3rd so i sent it in for repair, got it back and it was still broken. The console was not able to download or install games on or offline, would constantly crash during apps and games, and sometimes
would not even turn on. I sent it back in but this time i sent it back in for a replacement. They sent me my original console back "repaired". The first time I fired it up after getting back it was broken still. I called back in to customer service they said
they were sending my problem to the hardware escalation team and a replacement would be sent out to me immediately. I never heard anything from the Hardware Escalation team so i called back and they said they saw no replacement that was supposed to be sent
back to me so they claimed again they were sending a brand new console out and a $500 dollar hold would be placed on my account. I sent my original Xbox One X back in to them and a week goes by and i still haven't heard anything or received my replacement.
So i called back in to check on the status of my replacement and they confirmed they received my original Xbox One X on Jan 24th but no replacement has been sent out. This time they said they were sending my case to the Hardware Escalation team again and guaranteed
i would hear from them in 24 to 48 hours. A week goes by and i haven't heard anything so i called back in on Feb 1st and the customer service people still don't see a replacement order and said they would have to look into and swear they will get back to me
today and fix my problem.

I have been an Xbox customer for 13 years. What in the world do i have to do to get a working Xbox?? Does it really take 2 months for them to send a new console or one that works?

I have no idea what to do anymore any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

why dont you just call 1-800-4-my-xbox and ask a rep? they would be glad to assist you

 

From what ive read, if ur living in the US, the shipping number won't work/won't be stated at all, until your shipment crosses the border back into US territory. Its being sent from a stock outside or something.
