    I reactly had a problem with my xbox elite series 2 controller where the LB wasnt registering everytime i clicked it. So i called in to use the manufacture warranty and get a replacement. I got sent a shipping label and sent back everything including the
    charger,case,charging base and all the extra tools to customize the remote. And what i got sent back in return was a new remote wrapped in bubble wrap inside a box with NO case, charger, base, tools and extra thumbsticks. Just the remote. I called in and was
    told to just wait for the item without tracking information or anything. Anyone have this happen to them or anyone know what i should do?

    Unfortunately all you can do is wait to see if they send it all back or buy new stuff. Instructions for packing things up to be sent in do say to only send the controller (or console when you send that in) as nothing else you send in is guaranteed to be
    returned.

    Wow, really? I wasnt told any of that i spoke to an agent on the phone who sent me an email with the label and this is all it said.

    I really hope the send it back since i paid so much for the item.

    No matter what the company,vidtually none id them will do anything other than grab a refurb off the top shelf and slap a return lable on it.

    Is it safe to charge my Elite 2 controller by plugging phone charger to official dock that came with Elite 2?

    I see, thanks again. What if I plug my phone wall charger to the official Xbox charging dock that came with the controller? (the one that fits inside the case).

    The official Elite 2 Xbox charging dock says on the back that it outputs 5 volts at 0.55 amps (550 miliamps). So it should be safe to plug my wall charger into the dock and then charge my controller through the dock, right?
