Hello! I contacted Xbox Live support about an issue with the Rewards program. My points aren't appearing. I have 90$ that need to be converted and aren't. They said that if I post here, my issue will be verified and resolved in the 24 hours by support members
here on the forum. You can verify that I have the 90$ waiting, but wont convert. Thank you again!

That offer was sent out to select members. Since you only recently joined the Rewards program, you were not a part of that offer, which is why it is not appearing on your MyMissions page.

same for me pal. strange one. whats annoying me is that microsoft have sent no email updates or anything to let me know whats going on. i know it was delivered because of the ups website but i expected some contact from microsoft to keep me informed. worst thing is ive had some free time recently and cant get playing cod :-(Click to expand...

We see that you only have 1250 lifetime Credits, which is equivalent to 1.25 USD. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their
deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. We see nothing in your account that would indicate a $90 deposit,
which would be 90,000 Rewards Credits.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. We see that you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft

The Xbox Live Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are completely separate entities. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to contact their support via their webpage for assistance.
Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you have no Credits in our program.

Are you a member of Xbox LIVE rewards? rewards.xbox.com if so, they the points might have came from there.

From Xbox Family Pack:

The primary member on the Gold Family Pack membership can give Microsoft Points to other family members (secondary members), so that they can make purchases on Xbox LIVE.

Give points to family members

1. On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE using the Family Pack primary account (the account used to sign up for the Family Pack membership).
2. Go to My Xbox and select Family Centre.

Select the member that you want to give points to.
Select Grant Allowance.
Follow the on-screen instructions to give Microsoft Points to the secondary member. Points that you give to a secondary member cannot be reversed later.

Note If you don’t have enough points in your account, you’ll be prompted to add more points before giving points to the secondary member.
