    Sent Elite Series 2 in for repair, tracking shows delivered but my microsoft account says...


    So its pretty much all in the title, the package was delivered to the service center last Friday according to UPS but my microsoft account is still saying they haven't received the package. I included a copy of the SR number in the box and it was packed
    well (wife and I used to work in call centers dealing with Xbox and Surface support so we are somewhat familiar with how the system works).

    At any rate I have a vacation coming up at the beginning of November so I'm starting to get a little nervous. Is this sort of turnaround normal right now with the whole virus thing or should I be starting to sweat that my controller has been lost?

    Anyways I figured I'd ask here because there doesn't seem to be any way to contact someone directly anymore.

    Repair status hasn't updated. Courier says delivered to the repair centre.

    Have you had any further feedback ? I have sent (24/06) my Elite 2 off for repair and UPS says its been delivered (29/06), but it has not been updated on the Order status.

    Xbox sent in for warrentee service and never returned..

    well I have the emails.. and it said they recieved my xbox on the 5th, and sent it back to me.. SAMEDAY repair (software flash/update) and sent back. 4 hours ago I got an email saying my xbox was delivered to my house. it does not have a tracking number
    attached,and I have no idea what shipping service... So..

    after logging into my Microsoft account found tracking for fedex. was left on my porch.. A porch pirate probably grabbed it.. OMG now what.. Calling fedex

    Actually there is a delay. I ordered mine on April 1st and i just them this morning to receive a tracking number since it now shows that its in transit. Microsoft told me that there is a delay due to the COVID-19 and that I should have it delivered by May
    5th even though it shows on my account it should be delivered by April 22nd.

    I did that with best buy and they didn't honor the warranty because they told me that they were on back order. I called Microsoft and they told me they definitely were not on back order. I spent 40$ more for the warranty yet they couldn't honor it. I couldn't
    believe it. I sent mine in about a week ago to McAllen TX Microsoft repair center after calling and setting up a repair order. my tracking from ups sais delivered 2 days ago, but on the xbox support site it sais it hasn't been delivered yet. It has me a little
    bit concerned but I'm just hoping it's a website updating issue.

    Its normal though. I just got back my Elite s2 as well. In your order status where it says item received, theres a note that says your item may not show as received. I never saw that box filled until they sent me an email that it was on the way. If your
    tracking number says it was delivered, then it was because they have to sign for it. Anyway, call 1-877-696-7786 if you stil need a piece of mind.
