    Hi Everyone,

    The head phone jack stopped working on my son's new Xbox design lab controller(had it for only 2 months). It was still under warranty so I opened a service request with Microsoft and shipped it off to get fixed. I received an email stating that my package
    was received by Microsoft. Then 8 hours later I receive another email stating that my service order was cancelled. There is no explanation as to why it was cancelled or what was happening with the controller I sent. The service request does not show up
    under my account. I tried replying to the Microsoft emails but I am getting no reply.

    There is no phone number to call for Xbox controller support or any online agents.

    Does anyone know how I can find out what happened with the service request and where my son's controller may be?

    Thanks for the Quick reply,

    I forgot to mention the email I received stating that the service request was closed was on March 12th. I haven't heard anything since. I have called the number at https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us (I
    called Canadian number under the technical or download support link) and the recording tells me to go to xbox.com/help. Which brings me back here. I will try the US number and see if I can get any further. I'll let you know how it goes.

    With the nature of the world as of right now. Microsoft maybe had a mistake with its service. If you call the numbers listed on the website you will reach a custom support agent. Explain to him your problem, and if you have all the right stuff that states
    that the controller you have is still under contract. We will help you with the broken headphone jack.

    It is possible the initial service order was cancelled in order to open a new one. This could be possibly due to the nature of the repair either not being covered by the warranty or needing some sort of 'specialized' service order.

    There is a phone number for Xbox Support you can find online, I don't if we're allowed to paste it here. You can request a call on the support site page. Phone hours are 9am to 4:30 Monday-Friday PT. https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    This link has a Microsoft Store customer support number listed. It may not exactly be what you need, as any contact information should have been on those service order emails, but they should be able to transfer you where you need to be about it. I think
