    Hello, I encountered a big problem today when the package that was supposed to be my elite controller was delivered today and upon opening it, all I found was my hard case with all the extra dpads/thumbsticks and the controller dock just free inside banging against eachother because my controller wasn't inside D: I had sent a repair request for the controller quite a bit ago on the website and never got around to shipping my controller out till just a week or so ago. I thought the repair request was still good as it hadn't t shown as cancelled so I sent in my controller with the shipping label and it was sent off, about a week or a little less later I get notified of the package being sent back so I thought maybe something was wrong with the label due to the request being old so I was just going to make another when it arrived again and re send it. But I didn't receive my actual controller back soil im freaking out about what to do next, it looks like everything was returned to them but I didn't in fact receive the actual item back so I'm afraid what customer service will tell me if I call, probably something along the lines of "we sent you your controller back so It looks all good on our end, there's nothing we can do now" and I'll be out a controller replacement. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do next? Sent controller to be repaired, package was returned without controller. Help :(

    I'd suggest spamming the Xbox Live Support Chat, with the actual agents, that for some reason only show up between 8am and 4pm now. (Strange, I think, considering that they would surely live in different timezones. Hmm...)

    Anyway, if you really press them, I think they'd eventually have to give you the time of day, you know?
    It's hard to get the xbox and Microsoft support to actually take you seriously as a customer with an issue, sadly.

    When you send in a controller, you're not supposed to send anything else. Since you did, luckily they noticed and shipped all of that back to you (that doesn't always happen). When they do that, it gets shipped separately from the controller. So they could still be working on your replacement. You should have the information you need to track how that is going, or you can contact support and see if they can check on it.
