    I pre ordered overwatch and I have gotten the beta key that is for one friend but still haven't gotten one for my account yet. This is the reference code the support guy told me to type 1337530219 Thanks in advance

    Haven't received the spare Overwatch beta key for preordering

    I preordered overwatch to get access into the overwatch beta and have not received the spare beta key you get for a friend. The key was, at the latest, supposed to get here yesterday.

    Xbox support sent me to this forum for help. Thank you

    Hi,

    After talking to XBL support about the key for a friend that I didn't get, they sent me this :

    "This email is with regards to your previous contact to us regarding the free code that was included in purchasing the Overwatch Beta.

    I have verified that you have supposed to received the code by this time.

    With that, we would suggest to contact the promotion moderator by posting on the forum."

    So here I am, I didn't get the key, could you please solve this issue?

    If you pre-ordered Overwatch from the Xbox Store, the Overwatch Beta will be unlocked for you and not sent out as a code. Go ahead and search for 'Overwatch Beta' through the Xbox Store, which should unlock closer to 4:00 PM (May 2nd) PST to begin installing!
