sent a repair in. but the ups guy has put my old return address.

i put in a rapier for my day one xbox one controller. the xbox web site has my new address. i use ups a lot. so they got me on file. i for got they where use-ding my old address as sender. i try to talk to xbox support. it say phone down. i was hopeing
there a way to change sender address to my new address. i would hate them to send it too my old address. i try to do xbox support chat. its been down.

Repair status - elite controler

hi,

got a problem with my elite controler.. so call xbox support witch gave me a repair order number and ups return sitcker..

i send my controler and check both ups and xbox site...

here is my problem...;

call support gave me repair order n° 1425658092.... same number was on the bottom left of ups sticker

my xbox account tell repair n° 1425695672.... and a different ups tracking number

for now... my account tells "waiting product"...

But according to UPS my product has been delivered..

I've sent mail to xbox support .. but no answer...

Could you explain ;..pls

 

shipping delays

My xbox was repaired several days ago. They put a tracking # on my repair status. UPS has not received it yet. Xbox claims they sent it. has anyone had a similar issue? All i get from xbox is keep trying UPS. You would think its a seamless operation.

 

You can go on their sire. Most carriers have an option to change address. If they don't let you then it's either processed already or in transit.

 

If the replacement order has already been started, and you have already shipped your old controller out, you will need to contact Xbox Support.

Your Xbox.com contact information can be different from your hardware shipping. Follow these steps to update Hardware shipping address (NOTE: This will not change where your current order will be shipped back too.):

1. Go to the
   Online Service Center
2. In the top right corner of the page, click your name and then "Profile"

1. If you are not signed in you will need to sign in first

• Make sure that all of the information on that page is your current contact/shipping information
  
• Click Update

Any future orders that you start will now be shipped to this new address. Remember that if you already shipped your controller back to MS, you will need to contact Xbox Support so that they can get everything updated so you get the replacement to the correct
address.
