Senran Kagura?

Just thought I would drop this here. The two links are one being the current Generation and Japanese (or inspired) Games and the other from the last Generation. A Gaping discrepancy can be noted by even someone who is not into
either Anime or the Video Game Culture.

Before anyone says, "that's just Google results", I ask try to return the same results with the Xbox One. In addition, before the argument comes up again, "it's sales in a given market". Chicken or the egg, it can't sell if there is nothing to offer.

Glad to see this is now fixed. I only checked today for the first time in a while, so don't know when it got fixed, but if you go to 'manage' on the content set now, Tina tropical shows up as 'ready to install'.

For some weird reason, so does the Christie Senran Kagura costume, so, bonus!!

 

Yeah but Kauz... you may as well stand a 6 year old next to a fully grown man and say that he's not a real man because he's not as tall.

The XBox will get more of these titles as time goes by but unfortunately they just dont seem that interested in stepping outside the comfort zone of their core market.

 

Your first statement is a non-starter.

As for "comfort zone" and "not yet", I have to say it is "if ever". There is a clear and present decline. This is going to continue, the Market is going to shrink not grow. As it shrinks it will include more and more Developers and Games and Gamers in the end.

Remember everyone, From Software is one of these Devs, the same that brought Dark Souls to the Xbox 360 and currently Dark Souls III to the current Generation (maybe not next Game though). As the "niche" market Declines on the Xbox One, so does every other
market. Declining variety is actually a bad thing for all Gamers and it is declining on the MS Platform.

 

^That's your opinion based on your game preferences and what you see declining though. If you want to label me as a more "mainstream" gamer then personally if I compare this gen to the 360 I have a bigger queue of games this generation than I ever did with
the 360 and its not because im playing less so I cant agree with your analysis of a declining MS platform in my personal experience.

As for the Souls developer then surely if DS3 is profitable on the One I see no reason why they would pull development of any future games for the platform.

 

Sorry, not "opinion" but Fact. I'm not going to turn this Thread into a "versus" Thread of Platforms but a quick Google Search would show just how poorly the sales are for From Software on the Xbox One Version.

 

its a scary world when people take google searches and media as fact.

In the uk there is a significant issue of should we stay in the EU or leave, and neither side have released any facts, they release details trying to persuade you to their side of the argument, calling the facts.

 

"This is the end of the world....microtransactions,dlc,.....Xbox one sucks,......Xbox one is dying,.....Xbox one must have Japanse games or it will die,.....and all that bla,bla,nonsence".

So what ?

Who cares,let's it die,unless you work for Xbox.The world won't fall apart because you think Xbox one is a bad console and it won't change anything,i didn't saw Phil Spencer or any Japanese devs react to your "complaints"

and it seems Xbox forums is a better place to play rather than playing Senran Kagura on PS4.

Again why so much negative views on more Games even if they are not for some people?

If you can play the games you want where is the problem ?

There are different product (platforms,softwares,features,services),just make the right choices

 

Gamers aren't against games, but it seems gamers here don't agree with your take on the future of the Xbox.

 

On the Xbox I cannot play the Games I want and Games that should be. So much negativity for a choice in Games, it's almost as if people are just wanting to argue due to who created the Topic?

 

So, play on other platforms....It's not like Xbox is the only platform to play games.Especially the games you want to play.
