I live in Dubai and I want to send my console in for repair because the wireless network hardware seems to be not working. Do I have to pay for the shipping cost ? Because its almost half the cost of the console.

Hey Faizan Unnar! If the console is under manufacturer repair you should be provided a shipping label without having to pay. If it is not covered, you will need to pay the cost of repair. For more information contact support

you need to send your xbox one in for a repair. you can go to xbox support .com to start a service order or you can call xbox support . I sending my xbox one for a repair.

You just return what the service requested you to include. Normally the PSU does not need to be included. But I'd recommend to have your profile deleted from the console before sending it.

you will need to provide your own box, a plain one with no markings on it it, and package it really well so it doesnt get damaged on its journey. Remember not to send your HD with it, make a note of its serial number, you will probably get a refurb one back.....if
you have a long time left on its warranty, force them to send yours back to you. Customer service will help in this
