  1. Sending two controllers to Microsoft.

Don't know if anyone has done this before or has any experience in the matter...

I have two controllers in need of replacing. Three actually, but I attempted to fix that one on my own so I understand it's warranty is gone.

My question is simply: Can I send both controllers together in the same box?

I'm including both printed return sheets, and I've written both reference numbers on the box itself. I'd just really prefer not paying for two different shipments. It's already a little silly that I have to pay in the first place considering how many people
are having these issues, proving that it really is a product issue and not a customer issue.

I've read enough horror stories that I'm simply concerned about receiving both in return. That one will be missing, or one will not have been replaced, etc. I'm replacing these so I can put this thing up for sale and be done with it. That's my level of frustration.
I'm just going to eat the loss and go back to Sony.

Thanks in advance for any help, particularly if from a MS employee, and not a generic copy/paste.

    :)

  3. Why are all the controller disconnecting threads getting locked?

Why is Microsoft locking all the threads about disconnecting controllers?

People are getting told to send console in for repair but the repair contractors are just factory resetting units and sending them out still faulty and Microsoft does nothing about it!

    Sending two controllers to Microsoft.

    Hi there.

Did you setup a service request through the online repair center? If so, I don't believe there should be any charge (you should receive an email with the pre-paid shipping label to print out and attach to your package once the request has been completed).
My apologies if you submitted a request through the service portal and there is a charge for shipping.

It would be best to contact Support and ask them about sending them in together, or possibly ask them if they could waive the shipping charges for you.

    Left Analog stick ALWAYS BREAKS!

Controllers have a warranty, I would send it back for another. It sounds like you are going through controllers every two months well within the warranty period. By sending your old controller back, Microsoft would better be able to define the root cause
of the problem. It is real easy to do using the website.

Xbox 1 controller cheap construction - not happy

Contact Microsoft. After a few hours on the phone you'll pay out of pocket to send them your broken controller. A month of two down the road you will call because they never sent you anything. After hours on the phone they may recover your repair order.
A month later they will send you another broken controller. Good luck.

    Xbox One controller build quality

Ok, so I have waited two weeks to get my Xbox One (Day One Edition) and my controller won't turn on... Grrrr!

Being active duty US military stationed overseas, I am not sure if it worth it to send it back, wait four weeks just to get a standard controller... Is Microsoft replacing these controllers with standard controllers?
