I send money to one of my family members and it kept on showing me an error saying that the payment was not accepted. I checked my Paypal and my bank statement and it says that the payment was excepted then refunded. I later paid using my debit card and it gave me the same error message and it did charge from my debit card. I got my money taken and my family member never got his money.

You can request a refund on Xbox Support, and in case you couldn't submit the request or something went wrong in the process the next step would be to contact the support through Contact us | Xbox Support for further assistance.

Hi Jason,

There is no longer an option to transfer Microsoft Rewards points to Family members. If you're looking to use Microsoft Rewards to get some money into family members' accounts, the best you can do is redeem your points for a voucher and gift the voucher to your family member.

Why don't you just save up some money and send it in for repair? It's much cheaper than buying a new console. Or why not ask for the repair as a Christmas gift from a friend or family member like I have with my red ringed console that's just been sent in?
