sending messages to multiple people

why doesn't the One have the option to send messages to multiple people at once?

Not saying anything about you personally. I have never played with or against you. but even you have to admit that what I said about 90% of the people that use that word be it typing or in their gamertag is true.

It does just go to messages, send message, add recipients. Makes it really easy to share a clip with a bunch of people.

ya, no add recipient, just open profile, delete conversation and close

 

I know that if you try to send Xbox Live messages to your friends from this site, the limit is 25 recipients. On Xbox 360, there is no limit. Just tick through the boxes it starts off with your friends then recent players. Don't tell me why.

 

ya but im looking on the One, there are a few things the 360 had that the One is yet to have

 

Xbox Messages > Send new message > select people (max 32) > Done > Type message > Send

how hard is that really?

 

Tohell has it right. I just tried to send a message to more than 1 person and all I had to do was click on more than one gamertag. Not sure what the OP is doing wrong.

Possibly but I am sure this was not in an update...

from your home screen.. move to the right to the friends/messages tile... click that.. click down to messages...click "+ New Message" ... friends list will pop open... select up to 32 people... click done where a type screen will pop up.. type message,
click send

 

ok, know getting it, i was going to friends when i needed to go message. now it working, recent players really be added to the messages section
