    Sending Messages on xbox.com Not Possible


    Hi folks!

    Whenever I try to send a message on https://account.xbox.com, I receive an error message:

    An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.

    Sending messages from both my console and via smartphone app works without problems.

    Have you tried signing out of your account on your web browser then clearing your cookies and cache then signing back in?
    Of course. This issue is not new.

    A little update: If you go to https://account.xbox.com/en-gb/SkypeMessages this error won't happen. But the entire website is pretty broken. Friends list oft will not load properly, when clicking on other profiles my feed will pop up instead. This needs
    to be fixed asap. Pretty pathetic for a multi-billion dollar company. -_-

    can you join a party on xbox.com

    You are able to send a text messages on Xbox.com by going to social and then messages. You can't send a voice message on xbox.com.

    ^^ Yea, that's what I eventually did, just used Smartglass.
