    I had been away from my xbox for a month because of traveling but when i came back and tried to send a message 2 days ago, it said message wasnt send and searched a lot and some pages said to wait 24 hrs, i did but still yesterday said the same so i waited
    until today and when i tried to send one today it said check your account in a big screen with a description saying something like "messages arent working for your account, to see more info and how to repair it go to
    Web Server's Default Pageom/fix-messaging.¨ So i went but it said that the page no longer exists, and at this point i dont know what to do.

    Side note: if i try to send messages from the online xbox page it lets me and i can also recieve them in both my xbox one and on the internet page but i cant send a message from the xbox one

    can not send messages

    I have issues with sending messages the problem is that every time I want to send a message it says messaging isn't working for your account and i did everything still not working. pls help me out with this one.

    Fix messaging !

    double checkt them on microsoft & xbox and updated them, messaging still not working still get the same message: " sending messages deactivated on your profile "

    Are someone here?

    I have this issue in this website, appears "Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages" and when i try the first time to send a message in the Xbox app apears "Check your account, the messagers are not working, and send my to support.xbox.com/fix-messaging".

    Check to see if you have a ban on communication. It is possible that you have been given a ban, and if so, in the future you avoid writing rough words, insults etc.
