    A note about sending it in for repair. If the disc is left in the console, there is no guarantee it will come back.

    Sorry there is nothing you can do there and sending it out for repair is not worth it just to trade it in.

    Yes , which I think is terrible ,but , you pay to ship it to them , they pay to ship it back...

    whats wrong with yours , if I may ask ?

    Never had to pay a penny for all the consoles I've sent in over the years as long as they are under warranty,& that includes shipping.

    4. Microsoft’s Responsibility

    (a) After You return Your Xbox One or Accessory to Microsoft
    (at your cost, unless Microsoft is required by law to pay such costs), Microsoft will inspect it.

    maybe it depends on where you live ...

    My xbox one s is very noisy

    As long as you haven't opened it and it's under warranty you can send it in for repair. Even if it's not under warranty you can still send it in to be repaired for a cost.

    Stick drift is not repairable, and sending it in outside of warranty is basically the cost of a controller
