    Sending in Xbox Elite 2 Controller


    Ok, please help as this is beyond frustrating. My Elite 2 controller has LS drift so I’ve already opened a case to process a repair:

    However, upon receiving this email telling me how to properly pack my controller and ship it in, the email does not provide a shipping label OR a shipping address. And no, it isnt in my spam folder. And no, it isn’t an attachment at the bottom of the email.

    I don’t mind creating my own shipping label and sending it out, but how in the heck am I supposed to know where to send it to when there is nowhere that lists the address?

    Please help, and I apologize if I came off as rude but this is beyond frustrating.

    You'll need to contact support so they can get you the label. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
