    I've never heard about this shipping company would it matter if I didn't use it? could I use my local Canada Post office and send it off there cause it's going to Toronto anyway... I don't wanna screw up the steps and have my Xbox broken/lost while shipped

    If it's like it is here in the U.K. then you can phone UPS & organise for them to pick the console up from your house as long as you have the tracking number on the label you should of been given/emailed.

    have you used UPS before? I don't even know where to go on CAN UPS the website is confusing af. The warranty is almost up and I haven't shipped it cause this confusing UPS shipping company is different, I paid the 14.55 would that
    make the warranty safe. I'm assuming you tried the States UPS? how was your device when you got it back? how wouldn't they tell where it came from? the info would be on the box they probably have to scan and send it off...if it had all the codes on the box
    to where it's supposed to go if it went to CAN post and shipped it I don't think they would avoid the box and send it back and not look at it... Microsoft sounds a bit strict

    I would.simply follow.the instructions provided. Ups are a very large and well known worldwide carrier.

    CAN post most likely wouldn't be able to use the same shipping label due to the barcode being different. So if you took it there, you would end up having to pay for shipping. UPS is an extremely popular shipping service. It's very rare to have any issues
    with them as far as how the package is when you get it back.

    On the UPS Canada website, if you use the Locations option on the top of the page you can find a drop off place close to you if possible. Otherwise, you may want to contact UPS by phone if you're having issues with the website. L: 1-800-742-5877
