Sending back an Xbox Elite controller for repair

Where did you find the label?

I have tried multiple times now and I cannot find the label anywhere.

Microsoft don't want to know even if you spend 170 on a controller!

We appreciate your coming to the community. To send your control in for repair, you must follow the instructions below.



Print the label with the information after that put it in the box where you are going to ship the controller, take it to the nearest delivery location, all the information is contained in the label so they will know what to do.

Be sure not to ship anything else with the controller, such as batteries and other accessories.

Once you print the shipping label, stick it on the box that you are putting the controller in.

Then, take it to the nearest UPS.

They should take it from there.

Make sure not to include any other accessories with the controller, not even the batteries.

When you go to your controller in your devices section on the Microsoft/Xbox site, you should have an active order link next to your controller. If you expand that then there should be a link where you can download and print your label. Failing this, I also got an email sent to me with the label in and instructions that answered my question above but it took a fair while to come through which led to me asking my question around UPS drop off.
