Hello I need help gifting a friend some money, is there any way to send another account $5 dollars only, I don't want him to spend more than that, the lowest I can send is $10 but I need to pay with a credit card or debit card but I specifically want to
send him $5 dollars, is there any way to do that?

Just go on microsoft.com buy any amount rounded to 1 dollar and send him the code . I do it all the time for my pals

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums, unfortunately transferring money from account to account is not possible. If there is something that you are attempting to purchase you can always choose to purchase items as a gift so that you can send it
to the other users account.

There are ways to "fund" accounts that are in your Microsoft Account family, so if you have kids you can provide them with funds. Outside of that

you can gift games or
buy digital gift cards from Microsoft and share them with who you'd like to provide the funds, but there is no way to move or remove money that is assigned directly to your Microsoft Account to another Microsoft Account.
