    Hello,

    can Microsoft send me a controller replacement without the obligation to send them the faulty one if I want to keep it (for spare parts for example)? Is it even possible?

    Controller problem

    I would advise sending the controller back to the retailer/seller, as it sounds like the controller is faulty. Just tell them what happened, and they should either give you a refund or a replacement.

    Although, please ensure everything is secure to the Halo 4 controller before sending it back. (As in, make sure the battery pack is connected properly.)

    I already returned one Xbox One now the replacement is having the same issue

    my xbox one broke got a replacement console through and didnt even work they must be sending out faulty consoles

    Some companies offer an advanced RMA service, where they send you the replacement device first, then you ship back the original. All of them will charge you the full retail cost if the original one is not returned to them in a specified time frame. If
    you want another controller your best bet is to get the original one replaced and buy a second one.

    just get a spare controller and send the faulty one for replacement.

    you wont regret having a spare controller for future problems of this nature.

    Hi, I believe with faulty hardware you must send in the faulty controller to a repair centre before they send another one out. I would check this with a support rep or support chat first.
