Send power off twice

It does indeed seem like your console is using an outdated or older menu.

Have you checked to see if your console has any other updates available? If you don't see any available updates, I recommend trying an offline system update. This process should force your console to use the latest public version available.

After completing the update, check if the menu displays the most current options as I described previously.

As I mentioned earlier option no longer available after latest update.

Menu after "TV & A/V power options" is different now.

You can find the "Send power off twice" option through the following process:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select the tab that says Devices & connections > Remote features > TV & A/V power options.
4. From there you can make the configurations you want and you will find the option to 'Send power off twice'.
