    Hey people. I was wondering, what is the blank box for you to type your email in for contact preferences on the xbox website? Is it used to send lost passwords, account info, registered game CD keys or just newsletters?

    Can't gift keys to friends

    I am able to send power ups to friends, but it won't let me send keys. Why not??

    I am sorry from the email I got I thought you send a box to put it in and mail it back to be fixed. This xbox was broken right out of box. I have the box still can I just send it in that or put box in another box and send back?
