    whenever I try to sign into my Xbox a black screen pops up with send feedback on the left hand side and cancel in the bottom right hand corner. This only happens when signing in with internet but without it seems to work fine??

    Dashboard screen dimming

    If you are in the preview program... hold down the XB button on the screen that is dimmed.. select give feedback... screen shot and send it...

    As for why?? sounds like it is your custom backgrounds... try using another one

    Profile signs out automatically

    I have an Xbox one s, and everytime I activate it, at some point, my profile will sign out without any input. This happens in the middle of a game or while staying at the home menu. I then try to sign back in but get a black screen that says "send feedback"
    in one corner, and cancel in another. Clicking "send feedback" does nothing. I have sent the Xbox to Microsoft to be repaired but the problem remains.

    What is this black screen and how do I fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
