    where do I send a video if catch a person cheating In a game in Microsoft ? I send it to who ever created the game but I also want to send it to Microsoft for making xbox a safe and fair place to play thanks

    You would just need to file a complaint on them. The enforcement team do not except videos as they have everything they need to investigate it already.

    To keep the community safe of cheaters you as gamer can only report or block the person you think has tampered with the system.

    Just put his gamertag on the search people, and you will find a "report" option, then give all information, if you want you can submit a clip or a capture.

    My wife used to annoy me with this in world of Warcraft. Before she'd meet me to quest she'd send me mail. Knowing it drove me crazy lol. I actually became an engineer in that game for the portable mail box haha. If anyone is in the preview and would like
