Selling xbox with downloaded games

Hi, yesterday I bought a new Xbox, with a digital download for Minecraft and and some DLC. However we are not impressed with it and i'd like to sell it (I can't return it to the shop as I've 'used' it)

Can I sell the console on with these digital downloads still on the console if I wipe all my account details. I was hoping they would give me the discs I didn't realise that they were codes.

DLC/ downloaded games on console question

I am selling my Xbox 360. If I delete my account, will the new owner be able to access all the dlc's and downloaded games i stored on it? All the games are originally downloaded on that console with that account.

Selling my 360 for the One......

I am planning on selling my 250gb Slim Xbox 360 to go towards my One Fund. (Microsoft, please don't send cronies to my house).

Anyway, I have about 28 Disc-games and 17 Downloaded games.

Now, my question is: Can I sell the Xbox with those DL'd games and the "new" owner still play those games? As, I don't want any legal trouble (i.e. selling a console with unplayable games), is it possible for the new owner to transfer licenses? FYI. I do
plan on deleting my LIVE Account from the Console prior to selling it.

Any help would be appreciated.

removing the account removes the dlc and any downloaded games so you would not be able to sell the console with the game, but you can just sell the console, taking a bit if a hit though as used price will be a lot less than you purchased for.

Soooooo you bought a new Xbox One and then decided its not for you in the space of a few hours?

Like Farscape said, the game is linked to your account, you cant "unlink" the game and sell it to the future owner. That case you'll just have to sell it privately with no games.

Digitally-purchased games are permanently tied to the Xbox account that bought it. You cannot transfer these games to another account, especially if you were going to resell the system.

Looking to sell digital download for 'Battlefield 1 Early Enlister Deluxe Edition' Xbox One. I already own the game and I bought the new Xbox One S battlefield edition which came with the digital download code.(Clearly don't need 2 of the
same game lol). Would sell for around $40 since the basic version of the game is selling for $50 still.
