    My profile is the same on my 360 and my xbox one. If I delete my profile on the 360 will it also be deleted on the xbox one?

    He'll also want to save any game saves he wants to keep to the cloud in case he does use them on the One.

    My son is want to sell his xbox 360 to upgrade for a xbox one. I know nothing about it, he as got a xbox live gold account. What do he need to to before sellint it? Can he reset the console to original manufacturer? Is he going to loose all his games?

    No it will not just removing your profile from a console only removes it from that device. it does not close the account or anything like that.
