Sell XBOX - If I sell the Xbox, the new buyer can use my installed game?

If you leave the console set as your Home console they can access the games. You would still be the owner and they would lose access if you set another console as your Home or they buyanew console. You cannot sell them your digital games.

You can delete the profile from the console and yes they can use the games still unless they delete them

If they delete them or you do a home console transfer to the new console then they are out the games

Hence why you generally sell an Xbox one only to avoid the expectations of them being able to recover them at a later date

perform a license transfer the new owner can play any games that have their console licenses bound to the system.

This does not mean you can "sell" the digital titles. You can sell the console they're on, but having the titles on the console should not factor into the buyer's decision to buy the console.

If you decide to never buy another 360, no harm no foul. If you buy another 360 in three years and perform a license transfer, the buyer of your old console will lose access to the games that you left on the console (assuming the old console goes online regularly).

If you already used the code for yourself out can not be used again, as the game is bounded to your gamertag then. If the code is still unused it can of course be used by the buyer of your console.
