Sell xb1 what happens to games?

Just wondering if i ever decided to sell the XB1 what happens to all my games i bought from the store will i lose them?

Will you be allowed to sell a used XB1 or Kinect online to anyone?

Iv heard rumors that You can only sell and buy used games for XB1 from licensed retailers ( Sorry small time used game stores your SOL! ). So that means I cant sell my games online to anyone! What about buying and selling used XB1s online? Will I even be
allowed to sell my XB1 online without Microsoft suing me? What about used Kinects for XB1? Will you even be able to buy those used? What about used controllers?

 

Game Stop Arrogance towards Xbox One

Gamestop is a business. Maybe with the Kinect, Gamestop's profit margin is lower on the XB1. It'd be natural for a business to try and sell you what makes them the most money. Happens all the time. You go to a movie and order a medium pop and popcorn.
What do they ask? Would you like to make it a large for only 50 cents more?

Dunno y u asking, being an ambassador. But ur games are on ur acc. Selling an x box is fine but f ur trrying to sell ur games then u need to sell ur profile...good luk

 

Selling your profile isn't allowed and violates the Terms of Use, I'm sure.

 

Really? How can a level 9 Ambassador not know this? You might want to read up on digital rights and how they work.

 

Easy answer, as I can tell, u (or ur G Tag) has the rights to any game you own. U can't sell ur games without transferring ur GTAG. U can share ur tag with up to one console, but tahrs silly.....
