    Hello Xbox Support,

    On 6/27/17 I purchased Friday the 13th: The Game and I was not satisfied with the purchase. So in accordance with the guidelines for the Self Service Refund I played for less than 2 hours and have had it less than 2 weeks, etc. I am currently enrolled in
    the Xbox Insider Program, and am in the Preview Alpha updates.

    I have followed the steps to refunding the game. I navigated to https://account.microsoft.com>Order History>Clicked "Request Refund" option for the game. The
    error message I am receiving is: "To process your refund, connect any device where you installed Friday the 13th: The Game to the internet.". My device is connected to the internet and I have my device Currently setup as MY HOME XBOX. Also, my device is attached
    to my account which I can see here https://account.microsoft.com>Device>My Device Name.

    Please help me because I am unsure what the next steps are for a refund. I have contacted support and had no results. I contacted a Xbox Ambassador and was directed to the forums and told to make a post. So here I am, I wish to keep giving feedback in order
    to have this Self Service Refund option flawless in the future.

    Xbox One Achievements won't pop...

    even though I get the achievements in their respective games. I get an error message 0x87c40011. However, the error doesn't exist when I enter it the xbox/support page.

    And that seems to be only one of the many issues I am having with the service.

    Anyone else having similar problems?

    It does seem strange that it would give you a region error, especially when all your settings are set to one region.

    Im assuming when you say "their" site, you are referring to an Xbox Store site and not a 3rd party site?

    MS however does have a process in place along with some terms and conditions for refunds.
