“Self-Improvement Junkie” Achievement Won’t Unlock

In Rise Of The Tomb Raider, there’s an achievement for purchasing all skills in one category, called, “Self-Improvement Junkie”. I have met the requirements, not once, not twice, but three times now, and it still hasn’t unlocked. I have tried different methods
to cause the achievement to unlock, such as quitting the game and launching it again, because one of the other achievements had this same issue, but was resolved after following those steps. However, this achievement just won’t unlock for me.

After contacting Xbox Support, Terrence R. assisted me by providing a link to the forums, where someone could further assist me with my problem. What can I do? Can Microsoft manually unlock the achievement for me, since I have now provided verifiable evidence
of my accomplishment? Any help would be appreciated.

"Done! Unlocking..." Issue (achievements won't unlock)

I have 3 achievements that won't unlock even though I have completed all the requirements for the achievement and I have achieved 100% completion status for each of them, all I got is this message "Done! Unlocking..." with no luck for 1 month now, game is

-Keen Eye

-Self-Improvement Junkie

-Tomb Raider
