Selective games not installing

I have an Xbox One S. I had uninstalled few games. Now when I try to install them again they stop at a certain percentage. This does not happen with all games though. Gta 5 is not installing but FIFA was properly installed.

When I download Gta 5 when connected to the wifi, the network download part is stopped and the disc download is completed.

When installed offline the disc download is stopped.

In both cases the installation stops soon after it crosses the ' ready to play ' point. When done offline it stops at 4% and with wifi, at 68.9%.

I tried multiple times and the same result at the end.

I also performed a restart, hard reboot, cleared local data, and many things. Finally I even performed a complete reset (where all data is deleted)

And the discs seem fine with mostly very minute scratches. Also the power button on the xbox does not work.

Hi samy I am fine.

Yes it happens with my discs but only with a few of them and the discs that don't install are pretty much with less scratches.

And I don't use a external hard drive

Hi Ricardo, thank you for your help, but sorry that I forgot to mention the steps I followed. I have also tried the method you shared. I will add it now.

I see. Hard to tell if the problem is with the discs or the console's disc reader. I think the best thing would be to take the console to an electronics repair shop for them to test the console's disc player

Just to be clear. Does this only happen with games on discs you have? If you use an external hard drive, try installing the game with the external hard drive disconnected.
