Selective banning

so tell me how and i know I'm not the only one, but how is it people can cuss up a storm, blast their music through the mic, troll etc. And get away with it but I say one thing and I'm banned for 24 hours? Should I just start spamming report every time i
enter a match with people? If I wanted bad service I would use steam but then again they don't through ban hammers when it's at their selective convenience

Selective Connection

There seems to be a problem right now with both the web pages and the console. Just keep an eye on the service status for when it might be fixed.

Selective Predjudice?

Pretty much what SWORD STYLE said. It's in every game though. Call of Duty just happens to be the most popular. I also think it's a psychological thing. I think the people who rage, cry, and treat COD like it's their job are just people who have been
kicked in the face by life since the day they were born. COD represents the only thing in their life that they're good at and they'll defend it like a junk-yard dog.

Its probably just that someone has reported you. If you fond another players behavior unacceptable report it. It's not like Activision or Infinity Ward are checking every lobby to make sure people are being nice

If you have been banned or suspended in any way, there is a specific forum for bans and suspensions.

It's near the bottom of the support forum selections.

Hi, for info on bans or suspensions, then log in with your account on
enforcement.xbox.com and select the ban hammer, it will then show why you have been banned and for how long.

Ambassadors are only volunteers who have no authority or means to issue enforcement actions so if this person is an Ambassador they can't have you banned.

it is also very unlikely that a member of Enforcement would threaten you with a ban.

you should report the player either by selecting the Chat, select More, select Report Person, or going to their Profile and selecting Report or Block and select Report.

be sure to give as much information as you can in the report so that Enforcement have as much to go on in dealing with them.

I would also recommend you block them as well and to never reply to any messages from them as they will probably report you and you could be banned if your reply breaks the code of conduct.

I doubt this person really is an Ambassador, but if they are and Enforcement acts on your report then they will be permanently banned from the Ambassador program

If you have been banned or suspended from Xbox Live, then log in on enforcement.xbox.com and select the ban hammer, from there you will be able to see why you were suspended/banned, and if you can be able to file a case review.
