Selected Game WONT install

Recently got back into Apex because of a friend and Call of Duty Modern Warfare had an update. In order to download the update i had to uninstall Apex Legends because of the obvious size of MWs update. For some odd reason I cannot downloaded Apex Legends
again. No matter how much space I have it wont even queue up. EVERY OTHER game i have attempted to install from this point will download and install except for Apex Legends. My friend is having the exact same problem but with another game (Dead by Daylight)
can anyone help me or have any answers ?

Hello SOJ MeThoDx,

I faced a scenario similar to this two days ago.

What error do you get when trying to download Apex? Something like "Installation not possible" or "Installation failed" or similar?

For me, that I tried everything (restarting, reconfiguring internet, letting the console take its time), it fixed itself in the next morning.

So maybe it will take its time to fix itself due to something service related or similar.

Hi samy I am fine.

Yes it happens with my discs but only with a few of them and the discs that don't install are pretty much with less scratches.

And I don't use a external hard drive

Hi Ricardo, thank you for your help, but sorry that I forgot to mention the steps I followed. I have also tried the method you shared. I will add it now.

I see. Hard to tell if the problem is with the discs or the console's disc reader. I think the best thing would be to take the console to an electronics repair shop for them to test the console's disc player

Just to be clear. Does this only happen with games on discs you have? If you use an external hard drive, try installing the game with the external hard drive disconnected.
