    Select profile and receive message "sorry that didn't work"


    I am signed in and can see me gamer pic but when I select profile or my achievements I only get the message "Sorry that didn't work. Try again." I have signed out and signed back in. I have also removed myself from the Xbox One. Please help.

    That didn't work. Sorry, try that again message.

    So I tried logging on a few days ago and found that I can't do anything on my Xbox except for playing games. For some reason every time I try to access clubs, my profile, friends profiles, and my game clips it keeps popping up with the "That didn't work
    sorry, give it another try" message. When I go to the sign in tab it shows a small orange triangle with an explanation mark in it next to my gamer tag, and like I said I can't access my profile without that message popping up. I do have Xbox live membership
    so that's not the problem. So I checked my network and multiplayer connection and it says that" it is all good". So multiplayer works apparently even though I can't join my friends game or party. I have also have hard restarted my Xbox multiple times yet
    the problem still remains. Dose anyone have the same problem? And can anyone please give me some suggestions, thank you.

    Select profile and receive message "sorry that didn't work"

    Try doing a hard reset on the console Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
    Once it is back up and operational test for results.

  6. Here is what has been fixing most of them for me on the support chat ....go into settings and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox
    logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up . re add
    your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

    Sorry to hear you haven't received a code. Can you clarify which promotion you're referring to? There was a promotion that a select few were selected for, if you didn't receive a message for that you wouldn't be qualified.
