Select payment method Error

Currently trying to do a device service and replacement for my xbox one s, but on step 4 of 5 it won't let me select a payment method. The page is in an endless loading loop for payment methods. I am trying this on Chrome. I tried Edge, but instead of
the endless loading loop on step 4 of 5, it gave me an error. the error said "error cv: bxQy8Z1fo0u9Cttd.55".

Are you having difficulties adding a payment method to your account?

On your console, please follow these steps to add a payment method:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

Select Payment options.

Select Add a new payment method.

Choose a payment option, and then follow the instructions to add or update your payment option.
