Segundo perfil no Xboxone [Mod Translation - Second profile on Xboxone]

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently missing one of the profiles that you had on your console.

Its possible that this was a "Guest" account, however, if it is not, then as long as you know the email you used to make this account, you would simply be able to

add the account to your Xbox One.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. Press the Xbox button
    to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & System >
   Add or switch > Add new.
3. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select
   Enter.
   Important Make sure that you do
   not select Get a new account, unless that’s what you want to do. If you select this, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account. If you’ve forgotten which email address is associated with your Microsoft account, see
   
   Find your Microsoft account email address.
   
4. Enter the password for your Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select
   Enter.
5. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select
   I Accept.
6. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox One console.

My xboxone say i must aktualiesieren and after was the tv black and i hold 10 second the xboxone start .And now is the tv xboxone greenshot with the 3 point and the xboxone start not only the loaded greenshot ? Please help me

Same exact problem. Main profile, can't chat but says I'm in a party constantly. Kids profile on this xboxone works fine in all functions. First profile can chat normally on my kids xboxone as does their profile. One xboxone and one profile.
