Hey thanks for responding I’m currently using windows 10 and the controller is connected via Bluetooth, I am running cloud gaming though opera gx and I have tried other browsers such as google chrome, google, and Microsoft edge. I haven’t tried anything else apart from trying to remap the button through steam.

Microsoft is likely working on a game streaming service that will be similar to googles stadia. It will likely combine games pass with some sort of cloud service that will allow you to download limited to no data for a game while the rest of the games
assets are accessed through the cloud.

have you tried clearing the mac adress on your xbox one to see if that fixes the issue

No, but if there isn't wrong with the xbox 360 using the cloud there. And when I went to a bc game on the xbox one. While the game asked to sync the game I cancel. Then I was able to click storage. Some were working. But i'll try the mac address

Because its not free yet you still have to wait a few hours ms like most seervers operate in gmt time
